Simonič Brut is a premium vintage sparkling wine, crafted exclusively in the finest harvest years. Following secondary fermentation in the bottle, it ages for a full 5 years on the lees, imparting impressive depth while retaining a lively, youthful freshness. It features a delicate aroma of fresh bread crust complemented by a vibrant and elegant character. Served chilled at 6 °C. Excellent as a standalone aperitif, it also pairs wonderfully with Belokranjska pogača, chicken dishes, fish specialties, and a selection of fine cheeses.Method of production: classical method
