Our very first sparkling wine, which remains our most popular creation to this day—and for good reason. Following secondary fermentation in the bottle, it ages on the lees for at least two years. It features a fresh, fruity citrus bouquet balanced by a beautifully rounded and harmonious palate. With its approachable sweetness and soft profile, it effortlessly appeals to a wide range of wine lovers.
Served chilled at 6 °C. An ideal choice for celebratory toasts and wedding receptions, it also pairs wonderfully with chicken dishes and seafood.
